Public bug reported:
When doing 'do-release-upgrade' on a headless machine via ssh, a warning
is issued with instructions on how to access a secondary SSH instance
that is started. Since the upgrade process is started within `screen`,
which is fantastic!, it would be beneficial to provide instructions to
the user on how to connect to that screen should the terminal session
get dropped.
It's a little thing, and an enhancement not a bug, but would improve the
user experience and lessen anxiety when it looks like something has gone
terribly wrong.
