Binary package hint: pkgbinarymangler
Extracting .xpi files is neither sufficient nor necessary. The new
algorithm should be:
IF <arbitrary path>/chrome/*.manifest exists OR ./install.rdf exists
(all relative to the root directory of the built source tree),
Then: Grab all *.manifest files, and the files and directories which
have *.manifest files.
