>From the log, I can confirm this is an upgrade of a system that
previously had the EFI version of grub installed on Ubuntu 15.10, but
the upgrade to 16.04 fails because the ESP partition isn't found.
Please attach the /etc/fstab from this system, and also paste the output
of the command 'sudo fdisk'.
