That is the problem. From the very beginning Ubuntu does not take serious appearance of the system. I knew that this report won't be taken seriously, but it's always worth a try. Me and many people in the world is discouraged by Linux systems, because after installing they receive a brown blot. Completely outdated look is a serious bug imo, only Creators of Ubuntu don't understand how much they lost because of that.
