Seriously, I think that the only way getting out of this issue is waiting until the owncloud developers will release the 16.04 repo. My other computers will upgrade to 16.04 when I'll get a full working owncloud client for my cloud. Please, test packages before committing. Full agree with @fabianbur. Regards.
