I installed the necessary packages for openconnect and the relevant
network-manager related packages.

But when I want to add a new OpenConnect VPN entry through the Network
Manager applet, it isn't listed.

The following link contains a workaround where they claim that an older version 
of the plugin is shipped and doesn't work with this version of Network Manager:
