No manual entry for do-release-upgrade
See 'man 7 undocumented' for help when manual pages are not available.
So, there's no man page for do-release-upgrade(1). I saw this program
mentioned in the Feisty->Gutsy upgrade wiki article for the server
version. This program doesn't seem to be described anywhere, so a man
page would be pretty useful...
