* Localization files are taken from last stable release (1.8.18).
* Fixed in upstream: fix build with libc6 >= 2.23.

* Update debian/control:
- bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8 (was 3.9.6): no changes required
- fix lintian notes vcs-field-uses-insecure-uri
* Update debian/rules:
- enable all hardening flags
- delete override_dh_builddeb target
