I have a similar bug, I am capturing with a analog to DV with : ADS Tech Pyro A/V Link
After a capture, or after a few minutes idle, I can't capture again. This seems random as some times it works. I have to unplug and replug the cable to make it work again. I once had to reboot to find the device again.
