There is nothing to look into.  Your installation medium was corrupt.
It may be that your download was corrupted, so you may want to check the
md5sum of the iso file against those listed on the download site, but
usually it is just a bad disc, so you just need to burn a new one and
try again.  You can also use the check disc option from the boot menu to
verify that the disc was burned correctly.
