Public bug reported:
The legacy Ubuntu Software Center icon is still present in Xubuntu 16.04
when the Xubuntu Classic Panel Theme is set.
To reproduce, go to Settings -> Xfce Panel Switch , select "Xubuntu
Classic" , click the apply configuration gears icon , and look at the
dock on the bottom of the screen. The purple Ubuntu Software Center icon
is there. Clicking the icon will display an error message box "Failed to
execute child process "/usr/bin/software-center" (No such file or
directory)" , since Ubuntu Software Center is no longer included in
16.04.
