Public bug reported:
cannot view available wifi networks after enabling wifi, although it get
connected to the wifi. but if i want to switch to other wifi i cannot as
i cant see any available wifi. and the icon is also changed to up-down
arror(which is for ethernet connection) instead of wifi icon.
