I know it's a long time, but I'm cleaning up old NTP bugs atm.
Reading through it this bug seems to be from the earlier ipv6 days.
As we all remember quite some tools had issues with it.
I tried various ipv4 / ipv6 / ipv4+6 setups and couldn't reproduce.
So I assume that some update in the meanwhile fixed it - setting to fix
released.
