Public bug reported:
when selecting a file within the dolphin file browser it suggests on
option for 'encrypt file'. if this is selected it complains about kgpg
not being installed on the machine.
this is from a base installation of kubuntu 7.10 beta.
solutions for this would be 1) install kgpg by default or 2) don't
suggest action items if they are not possible to run.
