Hi,
I know its been a while but I'm currently passing over all ntp bugs to find
what still need work to be done.
In the best case I hope the issue was already resolved by an update or config
change.

Also to me it it is rather unclear why ntpd should try to access that nmbd
socked.
If this issue still applies please share details of your samba and ntp
configuration so one can try to reproduce the issue.
Thanks a lot in advance!

Setting to incomplete until further info is available.

** Changed in: ntp (Ubuntu)
