I know this bug is from long ago, but I'm cleaning up old ntp bugs to really
understand what is left open.
Adam please feel free to correct me, but we have useradd/remove only in
ntp.postinst/ntp.postrm since a long time. I see no reason to keep the
bug open and therefore mark it Fix Released (I guess that is the most
applicable status).
