Public bug reported:

SRU justification:

Impact: people reported the linux-raspi2 kernel was missing several
driver modules for phy and wifi if compared against the generic
x86/armhf kernel, so i did a config comparison between generic and
raspi2 and indeed there was a large config skew.

Fix: A config sync between generic and the raspi2 kernel was done to
realign the two

Test case: Check the number of .ko files available before and after:

flag@harukaze:~/canonical/linux$ grep =m .config.4.4.0-1010.11 | wc -l
1318
flag@harukaze:~/canonical/linux$ grep =m .config.configsync | wc -l
3157
