I tried the 10/4/2007 ubuntu gutsy alternate installer... I tried the guided partitioning with enc+lvm. installer worked flawlessly. but when rebooted the system did not start (the boot screen appears but the progress bar doesnt indicate any progress) did not try the kubuntu alternate daily build :.-(
