Public bug reported:
I am using xfce4-session 4.12.1-3ubuntu1 on Xenial.
I am logging into a remote system via SSH with X11 forwarding, starting
the XFCE desktop with "startxfce4", and then exiting the session.
After logout, several processes remain visible, most notably dbus-launch
(which appears to be executed directly by xfce4-session). Killing dbus-
launch causes most of these processes to go away.
Either startxfce4 or xfce4-session needs to kill dbus-launch as part of
the normal clean-up after an XFCE session ends.
(This is not normally a problem when logging in on the console, because
dbus-launch terminates when the X server is reset after logging out.)
** Affects: xfce4-session (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
