Powertop fails when used via Systemd service in 16.04.
This unit located in /etc/systemd/system:
[Unit]
Description=PowerTOP autotuner
[Service]
Type=oneshot
ExecStart=/usr/sbin/powertop --auto-tune
[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target
can be enabled successfully (systemctl enable powertop.service).
On a restart, systemctl status powertop.status shows it is inactive.
The unit works correctly in pre-release Fedora 24.
