For developers it can be useful to launch binary/qml apps from the
command line without having to install the app first. If ubuntu-app-
launch supports additional parameters that are passed to the app, we
could add apps that developers can use to launch their test programs,
for example:
ubuntu-app-launch qml-launcher-app myfile.qml
ubuntu-app-launch bin-launcher-app ./my-app
