Thanks Brandon. If locally-built Perl modules are the cause, then this
presumably isn't a bug in the Ubuntu packaging? Setting the Ubuntu task
as Incomplete pending a response.
Jeremy, if you think this bug is something other than Brandon's
suggestion, then please explain and change the bug status back to New.
