Public bug reported:
plugged in usb devices cannot be seen or regulated on the surface of
the pc. what is wrong? formerly the uploadmanager opened a window for
upload of fotos from a digital camera, now neither the upload manager
can be seen nor is there a sign in the file manager of the device that
is plugged to the computer.
