Public bug reported:

So, I have reinstalled my Ubuntu (and installed nothing) and this problem still
appears.
When I start my notebook, it disappears. Only when I execute "killall
gnome-session-binary" and start my session, they appear.
Sometimes they work well, but in most time I need reboot or kill the session.
I expected that the menus appear all the time.
My big loss is on gnome-terminal and the nautilus, because I use in the most of
time and sometimes I need to use the menus bar.

I have a Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (pt-br) installed on Notebook Sony Vaio: Intel® Core™
i3 CPU M 330 @ 2.13GHz × 4, 4GB, 500GB, Nvidia GeForce 310M/PCIe/SSE2.
