Public bug reported:
After upgrade from 15.10 to 16.04 on my "Lenovo T420" the buttons L_Ctrl and
L_Super switched places.
When I try to create new shortcuts and press on Super button, the system treats
it like Ctrl button.
At the /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/pc - there is no changes.
