OK. "snap command --help" does seem to work, though the text is very
short and not much more revealing than the top-level "--help" one-line
command descriptions. I wonder if we can signal to the user to type
"snap command --help" for command-specific help text, at the top level,
by changing the top-level text as follows. From this:

  Help Options:
    -h, --help  Show this help message

To this:

  Help Options:
    -h, --help  Show help message for snap or a sub-command

Do you think that would work?
