Public bug reported:
LXTerminal 0.2.0 seems to crash sometimes when using Close Window, hence this
causes all LXTerminals to close.
This does not happen all the time (reproduction percentage: ~10 %)
Start e.g. 4 LX Terminals. Use File-->Close Window to close one of the
terminals. In some cases LXTerminal will crash and all LX terminals will
disappear.
