Public bug reported:
In the dconf-editor under "org > gnome > desktop > wm > preferences" I
tried to set "Action on title bar middle-click" to "none", but in
contrary to the description that option is not available in the drop
down list, neither is the default option "lower".
Both "Action on title bar double-click" and "Action on title bar right-
click" have similar problems.
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04
