Many systems including HP, Sony & Toshiba modify UEFI to use Description as
part of boot. But they all will boot the fallback or default entry of
/EFI/Boot/bootx64.efi. Some systems have that file, some do not even have the
/EFI/Boot folder. Boot-Repair already backs up the bootx64.efi.
I am having to suggest the rename to many users in forums.

There should at least be a repair option to copy shimx64.efi to
/EFI/Boot/bootx64.efi. There may be a few systems that even use that as the
Windows default so the copy should not be a default. See this previous bug,
but that bug was more on the Windows boot file bootmgfw.efi rename.

Also one Brand Acer requires the UEFI Ubuntu/grub shim files to be set as
"trust" after creating UEFI supervisory password. I usually see Acer label in
Summary Report so suggest that fix, but if Acer seen that should also be
suggested.
