I tried testing Ubuntu 16.04 Live using USB and I noticed that the temperature
after few minutes of using is around 80 C, which is quite high for laptop and
also fans are running at full speed. This bug did not occur on previous LTS
release using kernel ver 3.13.x. Also UI is not so responsive after few minutes
of using.
I noticed that there several bugs concerning intel-powerclamp and high
temperatures and/or problems with fans, but these problems arrised on different
kernels and on different occasions so I hope, that I am not filling duplciate
bug.
