Public bug reported:
While testing unity8 desktop i discovered the following.
1. Launch the browser
2. double click on the url bar to make all the url text selected
3. begin typing what you want in the url bar
expected: it would delete the url on the first key strike, and then begin
taking keystrokes
actual: url stays in place and highlighted
