Public bug reported:

I tried Live Kubuntu Gutsy beta today in default environment (not
Japanese) to see if previous bugs are still there. Later I found that
Gutsy still use the same bad Kanji font as Feisty did. This font which
is used by default in scim-anthy, amarok and others, is not as good as
the one used in Edgy. I thought, Ubuntu Team assume that both Japanese
Kanji and Chinese Kanji are the same and therefore it is decided that
Ubuntu should share the same font. In fact, they are different.

For example, the word ぞうしょ(kana spelled as zousyo) contains 2 kanji
fonts (蔵書). But the first kanji is unreadable (seen as square since it
is unrecognized). The font which it's HTML Entity is &#x8535 is
unreadable. There are so many cases about thing. I thought Gutsy has
revert its Japanese font to Edgy's

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
