Binary package hint: compiz-kde
Compiz attempts to shadow everything - this looks OK for normal windows,
but is possibly excessive for tooltips, and looks stupid if you bring up
Katapult (the launcher has rounded corners, but Compiz makes the shadow
for a square object).
This can be corrected quite easily by changing the list of window types
to shadow in CCSM, but the defaults should be more sensible.
