Was the fcitx systray supposed to show what language you are using as well? Could this be related? I have the old icon as well.
mozc -> custom installed with its own fcitx config pointing to the current icon. french canadian -> just old keyboard icon english us -> just old keyboard icon esperanto -> just old keyboard icon Stracing the fcitx and unity processes you can see on language switch that no icon information is being sent to the systray for anything other than mozc. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1556730 Title: fcitx is using the default gnome icon in indicator To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fcitx/+bug/1556730/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
