Public bug reported:

LibreOffice no longer finds Lithuanian language dictionaries for
hunspell after an upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04.

I discovered that the problem seems to be caused by incorrectly used
file names in the hunspell-lt package and it's quite easy to fix.

Go to /usr/share/hunspell, then rename the files from lt.aff and lt.dic
to lt_LT.aff and lt_LT.dic to match the format of other aff and dic
file names in the directory, then restart LibreOffice and it should
work.
