The keymap for macitosh is incomplete. For example, by default on a mac
keyboard it is impossible to generate the following characters [{}]~ which are
quite usefull and should be mapped as follow
{ - <option>5
[ - <option><shift>5
] - <option><shift> °
} - <option> °
~ - <option>n
