Balaji G: That's another issue, and it's related to bug #1433013. You can probably try this upstart deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~3v1n0/debs/upstart_1.13.2-0ubuntu21+upstart- test1_amd64.deb as it has some fixes that should fix that problem
