Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
Epiphany (like firefox) will download a file into [filename].part before
renaming the .part-part away (this does not happen when selecting "Save Link
As"). If the part file is moved while downloading, the download will hang in
epiphany until you click stop.
At 100% the browser should re-check the files location and not assume the
default location to successfully rename the part file.
To reproduce:
1. Right click a link and select "Download Link"
2. While downloading, move the file to another location on the same filesystem.
3. Observe the download dialog as download finishes.
