jsalisbury, I've had this problem ever since I installed Linux. Also, I vaguely remember seeing a similar problem on another ASUS desktop about two years back (pretty sure it was a different model). I am only reporting now because I finally saw a stacktrace for it. Installed newer kernel and will report back if/when it occurs.
