Public bug reported:
If you try to log out of Ubuntu, and Diodon is running, the user account
does not log out.
This happens on every log-out attempt. You can then click on the Didion
indicator, select Quit, and the user account is immediately logged out.
It seems as if a Diodon process is not stopping, when the user wants to
log out.
I tested this in Ubuntu 16.04 x64 with Unity and Ubuntu-Gnome 16.04 x64
with Gnome-Shell and experienced the same behavior.
In Diodon, I have the following options activated:
Clipboard...
Use clipboard (Ctrl+C
Add images to clipboard history
Keep clipboard content
Automatically paste selected item
Number of recent items: 25
Hotkeys...
History key: <Ctrl><Alt>V

Application Indicator
Diodon is configured as a system-wide "autostart" application...
/etc/xdg/autostart/diodon.desktop contains the following information:

In addition to selecting Quit from the Diodon indicator context menu, clicking
Logout a *second* time from the Unity or Gnome-Shell panel sometimes lets the
user log out. It may be that a process related to Diodon is abruptly stopped,
which then allows the system to log-out the user.
