Thanks for reporting this bug. This is a gap that we have in Mitaka
unfortunately. sahara and trove dashboards were split from the upstream
horizon code base in Mitaka, and the new sahara-dashboard and trove-
dashboard packages didn't get completed in time for the Mitaka release.
