the version of libvirt, that comes with current ubuntu 16.04 lts seems
to be a bit far from current.
in ubuntu lts:
version 1.3.1
current:
version 1.3.3
there have been enhancements and changes in pretty much every subpart
since the release of 1.3.1, the community will hugely benefit from this.
