Public bug reported:
Text editing is often interrupted by jumping to another line
plus often losing part of the text entered before.
Interrupt starts with short system or harddisk activity sound.
Frequency is as if a polling activity is thrown often.
Occurs using Xubuntu 15.10 and 16.04 but not 14.04 (non-systemd),
live usage without persistency; using geany as well as libreoffice.
Occurs on Dell Vostro 1500, Acer EK-571G-57TV Z5WAH and Acer Extensa;
Dell Vostro 1500 and Acer EK-571G-57TV Z5WAH are Windows free
with harddisks not partitioned, Acer Extensa still has Windows 7.
