Public bug reported:
1) Install an apple that may request permissions (like uTorch)
2) Open it, allow permissions
3) Uninstall it, close it
4) Open System Settings, go to app permissions page
5) There is a blank line where the app went. No icon, no title. You can toggle
permission on/off though...
