It turns out I can reliably reproduce the issue on the latest OTA image (10.1),
but not on rc-proposed (flashed again). So the issue is fixed, and the next OTA
update (11) will get you the fix.
I’m not sure where the issue was. content-hub doesn’t seem to have changed
since OTA 10.1, I’m not seeing anything relevant in the changelog for the
browser, it might be something in oxide (the web engine), or ubuntu-keyboard
(the OSK), or maybe even unity8/mir.
