@tenleftfingers i'd be curious if you install mir-demos and run a test of a mir_demo_client as outlined in the "Running Mir natively" section found here http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mir-team/mir/development-branch/view/head:/doc/using_mir_on_pc.md#L60 what are your results
