Intermittent problem:
Mouse will not click on windows intermittently
Mouse will not click in text areas so I can type intermittently
Sometimes mouse will click in text area, but only first first spaces of
text area, if I try to click past first few spaces mouse pointer will
not convert to "I" shape (stays in pointer shape)
Sometimes resizing the window with the problem fixes it
Sometimes the issue resolves itself after a time pause, feels like
something is processing slowly, but no other issues with my computer
during that time.
