Windows guest's devices are not working properly
on qemu
[Test Case]
it's affected to 15.10 16.04
install ubuntu
apt install virt-manager qemu-system ( will install dependency )
create windows guest ( it was 2012r2, I'll test other version )
at first on installing ui, mouse is not working properly ( it's moving
but smoothly )
after installing it via keyboard, nic is not working.
