Reproduce Steps:
1.Load Messaging app and compose message to contact.
2.Tap on the microphone
3.Allow the trust prompt
4.Tap on the microphone several times
actual=> the dialog "You have to press and hold the record icon" appears
every time by tapping.
expected=> It behaves unfriendly to end user, kind of boring.
