Public bug reported:
I installed Ubuntu 16.04 today and selected the LVM based full disk
encryption upon installation. A few steps further there was another
option "Encrypt my home directory" during user account setup.
IMHO, the second encryption option is unnecessary if the first has
already been activated. If the complete system is encrypted the option
should be disabled or removed with an appropriate explanation text below
it.
